Chief Operating Officer Named at Silicon Film Technologies

Kenneth P. Fay has been appointed chief operating officer of Silicon Film Technologies Inc. in Irvine. He will oversee the company’s engineering and manufacturing functions. Fay has been vice president, digital and applied imaging, for Eastman Kodak Co. and executive director of Chinon Industries Inc., Kodak’s digital camera manufacturing subsidiary in Nagano, Japan.

* Dane Larsen has joined RiechesBaird Advertising, Public Relations & e-Business as copywriter. He was previously copywriter for Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising, where he created ads for Taco Bell.

* Robert S. Iger and Kenneth Michael Larkin have joined the board of directors of ColorMax Technologies Inc. in Tustin. Iger is a securities attorney specializing in corporate law and finance, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and international trade negotiations. Larkin is a lecturer, professor, author and researcher. He is assistant professor in the department of ocular disease at the Southern California College of Optometry.

* Zoe S. Quan has been named senior vice president of Fujitsu Business Communication Systems in Anaheim. Quan also serves as chief offer officer, a unique Fujitsu position that places her in charge of developing offers in the market for customers and potential customers. Quan was formerly at Lucent Technologies, most recently as sales support vice president for China and new markets in the Wireless Access Solutions division.

* Jan Di Angelo has been named vice president of corporate services for Uniloc Co., a Huntington Beach provider of electronic software delivery systems for the personal computer industry. Di Angelo joined the company last year after being a senior account manager with Atherton Associates in Costa Mesa for eight years.
