R-Rated Anger

On our recent return trip from London to LAX on British Airways, my husband and our two children ages 8 and 11 enjoyed great service from a great staff. However, to our great disappointment, the airline chose to show an R-rated movie, “Double Jeopardy.”
There were a lot of children on that flight. We instructed our children to take their headsets off because the language was offensive.
There are a lot of good-quality movies that will entertain both adults and children, so it was unbelievable that an airline would show such a movie. When children travel with their parents, they have someone to look after them. But what about unaccompanied minors who travel alone? Who will look after them?
