Children are invited to a wildlife campfire program at Shellmaker Island on Saturday. Steve Conkling, also known as Critter Man, will host the event. The free program will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Upper Newport Bay Ecological Reserve, 600 Shellmaker Road, Newport Beach.
