LA PALMA
The City Council approved a capital improvement projects budget of $4.7 million during a recent meeting.
The money will be used to repair curbs and gutters, replace trees and install street medians.
About $2 million of the budgeted money will come from city funds, with the remaining funds coming from county, state and federal programs.
