TUSTIN
The City Council approved on Monday a list of four developers to present proposals for the Tustin Legacy Medium-High Residential site at the former Marine Corps Air Facility.
Developers Greystone Homes, John Laing Homes, Olson/Standard Pacific and Shea Homes were selected as the most qualified. The site, at the northeast corner of Edinger and Harvard avenues, is 25.3 acres and is planned for up to 505 housing units, at a density not to exceed 25 units per acre. Once officially notified, the developers will have about three months to prepare a proposal.
