HUNTINGTON BEACH
Ocean View School District has already started looking into plans to build a community center at each of its four middle schools. The facilities will be used by the students and the surrounding community.
District officials expect the project to take 18 to 24 months to complete. The district is studying an architectural agreement with Paul Westberg of Westberg & White Inc. The district is also looking at a fee-based program to help cover the funding needed, which totals $600,000.
