The Community Redevelopment Agency board of directors is scheduled to meet with the city’s real property negotiator in closed session today to discuss selling the Lower Rosan Ranch property.
Last month the city began drafting an environmental impact report for a proposal to build a Home Depot on the 13-acre, city-owned property.
Five potential buyers have bid for the site. A residents’ group, the No Home Depot Committee, opposes the two top bidders--Home Depot and Lowe’s.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
