The Irvine provider of managed care services said net income for the first fiscal quarter totaled $3.2 million, or 41 cents a share, a 10% gain from the $2.9 million, or 35 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 grew 11% to $50.6 million.
