Council members Wednesday encouraged residents to help form the General Plan.
About two dozen local leaders have been appointed to the General Plan Coordinating Committee, which is tentatively scheduled to conduct a public workshop Wednesday. A time and location have not been decided.
Council members Jan McLaughlin and Jim Thorpe, four representatives from Leisure World’s governing Golden Rain Foundation, seven residents and others make up the committee.
