LA HABRA
Residents interested in the city’s history can learn about it with a phone call.
As part of its ongoing Summer Senior Days program at the Children’s Museum at La Habra, city officials are offering senior groups and residences a free screening of the video, “City of La Habra: Celebrating 75 Years.”
The historical retrospective chronicles the city’s agricultural roots, its 1925 incorporation into Orange County and its development through the years.
The video runs about 20 minutes and is sponsored by the Community Services Department. Interested residents can schedule a screening by calling (562) 905-9693.
