The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Thursday:

BREA

* West Elm Street: A petty theft was reported in the 400 block at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 1100 block at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday.

FULLERTON

* Mesita Place: A petty theft was reported in the 800 block at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday.

* West Orangethorpe Avenue: A hit and run was reported in the 400 block at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday. An auto theft was reported in the 2600 block at 6:33 p.m. the same day.

* Las Palmas Drive: A loose horse was reported running toward Brea at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Forest Avenue: A woman reported a bank returned two counterfeit checks worth $170 in the 200 block at 11:36 a.m. Tuesday. Police are checking to see if a similar claim in the 1000 block of South Coast Highway is related. That incident, which involved a check for $71, was reported at 11:58 a.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* El Toro Road: A burglar alarm went off in the 24000 block at 12:04 a.m. Thursday.

* Earhart Road: A petty theft was reported in the 25000 at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday.

* Ericson Way: A petty theft was reported in the 25000 block at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday.

* La Cadena Drive: A burglar alarm went off in the 23000 block at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Michelis Street: A burglar alarm went off in the 29700 block at 10:12 a.m. Thursday.

* Street of the Golden Lantern: A burglar alarm went off in the 32300 block at 9:06 a.m. Thursday.

* Aliso Creek: A burglar alarm went off in the 26800 block at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday.

* Caminito Capistrano: A burglar alarm went off in the 27300 block at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday.

LA HABRA

* North Hazel Street: A vicious animal was reported in the 300 block at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 2100 block at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday.

* North La Habra Boulevard: A man was arrested for indecent exposure in the 800 block 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Dimension Drive: A stolen vehicle was reported located in the 26100 block at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday.

* Lakeside Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 22600 block at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday.

* Raymond Way: A burglary was reported in the 24700 block at 1:21 a.m. Wednesday.

* Vintage Woods Road: A burglary was reported in the 26300 block at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Alicia Parkway: A petty theft was reported in the 24500 block at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* El Paseo: A petty theft was reported in the 25200 block at 1:09 p.m. Wednesday.

* Adriana Street: A prowler was reported in the 25400 block at 11:22 p.m. Tuesday.

* Alicia Parkway: A grand theft was reported in the 24100 block at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* Calle Pizzarro at Via Cortez: An abandoned boat was reported at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Center Street: People were playing loud music and possibly smoking marijuana in the 600 block at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday.

* Jefferson Street: A group of juveniles was yelling and riding skateboards near a building in the 300 block at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.

* Murray Street: Several juveniles were drinking in a pool in the 100 block at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Shay Del Place: Obscene phone calls were reported in the 5900 block at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday.

* Shady Gate Lane: Malicious mischief was reported in the 6500 block at 1:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin and Westminster.

Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
