MAI Systems Reports Earnings, Revenue Fall

MAI Systems Corp., an Irvine provider of information systems products, reported second-quarter net income of $268,000, or 2 cents a share, down from the $806,000, or 7 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue declined 39% to $9.9 million.
