InSight Health Adds Marcus to Its Board

Jerome C. Marcus has joined the board of directors of InSight Health Services Corp. in Newport Beach. Marcus is a managing director and co-head of the Financial Services and Healthcare groups of GE Equity, which received one board seat in conjunction with a capital infusion in 1997.

* Robert Webber is the new chief executive of MindArrow Systems in Aliso Viejo. He joined the company in June as president and chief operating officer. MindArrow’s founder, Tom Blakeley, who has served as chief executive since the company’s inception, will remain chairman of the board of directors. Before joining MindArrow, Webber was president, chief executive and director of Silicon Film Technologies. He has also served as president of Inari Inc.

* Carol Stewart has been appointed vice president and relationship manager for City National Bank’s Orange County Private Banking Team in Irvine. Stewart will be responsible for portfolio management and new business development. She previously held positions at California Bank and Trust, Union Bank of California, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America.

* Joseph Anderson has joined Sunwest Bank in Tustin as vice president, business development in the SBA department. He was formerly with Citibank in Newport Beach and KeyBank and Union bank of California in Tacoma, Wash.
