Standing Room Only, a summer musical conservatory for high school students, will celebrate its 20th year with a production of “Fame.”

Performances begin 8 p.m. Thursday in Fullerton College’s Campus Theatre, 321 E. Chapman Ave., and run through Saturday. Evening shows will be held each day, with a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday.

Founded by Gary Krinke, a theater arts instructor at the college, Standing Room Only has worked with teens, some without any previous acting experience, to improve their performance skills.
