LAKE FOREST
The City Council has renewed an agreement with the county and neighboring Mission Viejo to fund the cost of a deputy probation officer to provide gang prevention and suppression services in the area.
The city will contribute $28,728 from its general fund to the program, which will coordinate resources from the city, schools and the Sheriff’s Department.
