STANTON
The City Council has approved a design contract for its effort to reconfigure streets in the Tina-Pacific neighborhood. The goal of the project is to better control traffic.
The contract was awarded Tuesday to A&E; Consultants for $19,750.
The city wants to convert Tina and Pacific ways into one-way streets. Officials also intend to place barriers in the alleys so people can’t use them as alternative thoroughfares.
