Landmark Lakehills Complex Sold

Landmark Lakehills, a 231,323-square-foot, six-building office complex in Laguna Hills, has been sold to a New York investment group for $38.2 million. Investcorp said in a news release Friday that it acquired the property in co-investment with Pacifica Real Estate Group. The office complex is 89% occupied with national and regional tenants.
