They bought a Spanish-style home, which hadn’t been refurbished in 40 years, for $750,000. With the purchase and renovation, the couple will have put more than $1 million into the property.

Jason Brooks, who stars as ex-Navy Seal Sean Monroe in the syndicated series “Baywatch Hawaii,” and his wife, Corinne, have sold their home adjacent to Beverly Hills in the mid- to high-$500,000 range.

“We’ll live in Hawaii for six months [to shoot ‘Baywatch Hawaii’], and then we’ll buy when we get back,” he said.

The actor, 34, was named “one of the sexiest men” on TV by Soap Opera Digest when playing Peter Blake on “Days of Our Lives” for three seasons, starting in 1994. He is now getting ready for his second “Baywatch Hawaii” season.

“It’s sad to see the house go, really,” he said, “because it is in such a convenient location, and it was such good luck for us. It’s where we were living when our son was born, and it was our first home.”

The former estate of Richard and Pat Nixon in Trousdale Estates has been sold for about $2.7 million. The late president and his wife lived there in the early ‘60s when he ran for governor of California.

The home is on a 1.5-acre promontory with city views. The 5,700-square-foot house has four bedrooms, a guest cottage and a library, which Richard Nixon used as an office. Built in the ‘50s, the house, owned since the ‘70s by a retiree who lives in Mexico, was bought by a businessman from Asia.

Joyce Rey and Margie Oswald of Coldwell Banker Previews, Beverly Hills South, had the listing.
