Bizrate Chairman Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Bizrate.com Chairman Farhad Mohit pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony drunken driving at an arraignment in Los Angeles Superior Court. Judge George H. Wu set a trial date of July 28. The charges stem from an accident Dec. 5 in which a Range Rover driven by Mohit crashed into a tree on Wilshire Boulevard near the museum district. According to previous testimony, one passenger was badly injured. Mohit, 32, who is also chief strategic officer of the Marina del Rey-based company, has been free on $50,000 bond.
