An 18-wheel truck filled with recipe cards, coupons and product samples will be parked at Albertsons from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today. Shoppers can receive tips on healthy cooking by the event’s sponsor, Cooking Light, a national food and fitness magazine. The grocery store is at 2300 Harbor Blvd.
