The Center for Optimum Health will host an introduction seminar to Reiki on June 20. A hands-on technique used to promote healing, Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is Japanese for “universal life force that is spiritually guided.”
Certified Reiki master Dan Esparaza will conduct the seminar in Conference Room A of Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, 9920 Talbert Ave., Fountain Valley. The seminar will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at a cost of $5. Information: (888) 626-2662.
