A proposal to build a Wendy’s restaurant in the expanded Town Center complex and a project to place a cellular phone antenna on a water tower off Antonio Parkway will go before the City Council today.
The application by Continental Food Management calls for a 2,900-square-foot restaurant with a drive-through window at 30471 Avenida de las Flores.
The council also will consider an application from Sprint PCS to mount a cellular phone antenna on a Santa Margarita Water District Tower.
