Ingram Micro Will Sell Unit to Magirus

Ingram Micro Inc. agreed to sell its enterprise systems group in three European countries to Magirus AG, which distributes computer systems in Europe, Magirus said Thursday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Magirus is a partner of Pioneer-Standard Electronics Inc., which owns a stake in Magirus.

The acquisition of the Ingram assets will expand the partnership between KeyLink Systems, a Pioneer-Standard company, and Magirus to include the United Kingdom and Belgium.

Ingram Micro, which is based in Santa Ana, is the world’s largest distributor of technology products.
