* Cisco Systems Inc. said it will build a corporate campus near Dallas and add as many as 4,000 employees there by 2004, quintupling its work force in the area. Cisco, which employs about 30,600 people worldwide, plans to break ground on two of the six to eight buildings planned on the site in August.
