Police Officer Rodney Steven Cox was named Officer of the Year recently and joins a list of other officers in the city who have earned the title since 1967. Cox, who was recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving in 1993 for his efforts, became an officer in December 1990 and is assigned to the operations division.
