Cultist Gets Life Term for Nerve Gas Attack

A former doomsday cult leader was sentenced to life in prison for the 1995 nerve gas attack on the Tokyo subways that killed 12 people and sickened thousands. Yoshihiro Inoue, 30, was one of five Aum Supreme Truth members accused of being directly involved in the attack. The cultists were charged with spreading sarin gas in subway trains.
