Accesspoint Acquires Its Longtime Partner

Accesspoint Corp., an electronic commerce transactions company based in Irvine, said Wednesday that it has acquired its longtime partner, Black Sun Graphics Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

Accesspoint said in a press release that Black Sun’s graphic designers, animators and programmers should help it respond more quickly to design and programming needs of its clients and to price custom design work more aggressively to increase profit margins. Black Sun operations already have been folded into Accesspoint’s headquarters.
