FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Fountain Valley High School teacher Janet Marquez was honored by the City Council on Tuesday night. Marquez is the founder and backbone of a program known as Bridge Builders, which promotes tolerance and acceptance among high school students. The council recognized her for her work and achievements.
