I-Flow Takes Steps Toward Acquisitions

I-Flow Corp., a Lake Forest maker of portable infusion systems, has hired investment bankers Dominick & Dominick LLC to help it identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

I-Flow said in a press release this week that it has the “critical mass” to support a “much larger” company and serve additional markets that complement its infusion technology.
