From Times Wire Reports

A 13-year-old boy accused of shooting a teacher to death after being sent home for throwing water balloons was indicted as an adult in West Palm Beach on first-degree murder charges. That means Nathaniel Brazill will get life in prison without parole if convicted. Nathaniel was charged in the May 26 slaying of Lake Worth Community Middle School teacher Barry Grunow. The boy’s lawyer has said the gun accidentally went off when Nathaniel pulled it out.
