Companies whose shares may move in U.S. markets today:

* Autobytel.com Inc., the Irvine-based Internet car-shopping service, said Chief Financial Officer Hoshi Printer resigned to become CFO at BestOffer.com. On Friday, shares closed at $6.81, down 19 cents, on Nasdaq.

* Boeing Co. won an order from NASA valued at $168 million to launch at least three Delta II rockets. NASA placed options for five more Delta II launches that could take the contract’s value to as much as $417 million. On Friday, Boeing closed at $39.25, down $1.13, on the NYSE.

* PC-Tel Inc., a maker of so-called soft modems, said Oracle Corp.’s New Internet Computer Co. will use PC-Tel’s Linux-compatible modem in a new $199 Internet appliance. On Friday, PC-Tel closed at $32.13, down $1.50, on Nasdaq.

* Santa Ana-based SRS Labs Inc., a maker of technology for voice and audio products, postponed the initial public offering of its subsidiary ValenceTech Ltd. on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Exchange, because interest among Asian institutional investors was “much weaker than expected.” SRS Labs closed Friday unchanged at $11.75 on Nasdaq.
