SANTA ANA
The Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park has some new primates hanging around.
Three male capuchin monkeys--Monty, Pascillo and Don Pedro--were acquired from Utah’s Hogle and have been placed in an exhibit with fellow capuchins.
The monkeys have a reputation for being mischievous and intelligent. They are native to the Andes in South America and typically live in hot, humid forests.
The zoo is at 1801 Chestnut Ave. Information: (714) 953-8555.
