Veteran of Marie Callender’s, Allen Batty, Named to VP Post

* Allen Batty has been named vice president of franchise operations for Marie Callender’s Pie Shops Inc. in Orange. He had been director. Since joining the company in 1964, Batty has also been baker, assistant manager, general manager, franchise owner, company supervisor, director of training and area supervisor.

Former New Mexico Gov. Toney Anaya has joined BigFNI.com in Laguna Niguel as an executive advisor. He was governor of New Mexico from 1983 to 1986, and an advisor to the government of Mexico for five years.

Richard Randall has joined the board of directors of MicroVention Inc. in Aliso Viejo. Randall previously served as president and chief executive of Innovasive Devices, and as president and chief executive, chairman and director at Target Therapeutics.

Michael J. O’Hara has been appointed senior vice president of business development for Central and South America for eSAT Inc. in Fountain Valley. Before joining eSAT, O’Hara held various positions with Hughes Corp., most recently as chief systems engineer.
