Bret Rathwick Joins Sunwest as Vice President

Bret Rathwick has joined Sunwest Bank as vice president/commercial relationship manager. He had been with Wells Fargo Bank for more than 10 years.

* Kerry Schneider has been appointed senior communications strategist for Lages & Associates in Irvine. She previously held product marketing and product management positions with Corsair Communications and was a product manager for Coral Systems in Colorado.

* John G. Yegge and Erwin Seifert have been named project managers for Andrew L. Youngquist Construction in Costa Mesa. Yegge was formerly project manager at Austin/Jones Corp. Inc., J.D. McKee Construction Inc. and Thorpe Construction Inc. Seifert was formerly vice president of construction for Newcrest Homes, project manager for UDC Homes and director of construction management for Leisure Technology Inc.
