CYPRESS
The City Council will vote Monday on a proposal to build a fast-food restaurant and a 10,400-square-foot retail building on the corner of Valley View Street and Corporate Avenue.
The council will meet at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 5275 Orange Ave.
