Authorities Issue Warrants for 4 Suspects, Seek Public’s Help

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Daniel Flores, 28, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for drunk driving and possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 700 block of A Street in Fillmore.

Flores is Latino, 5 feet 7, 140 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and the tattoos “BRO” on his right arm, “Pride” on his left arm and “Sanchez” on his back.

David Michael Sowell, 24, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for burglary and theft. He last lived in the 4500 block of North Street in Somis.

He is white, 5 feet 8, 165 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes and a scar on his right forearm.

Flor DelAngel, who also uses the last names of Morales and Cabrerra, 58, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of selling a controlled substance. She last lived in the 5900 block of Terrace Avenue in Oxnard.

She is Latina, 5 feet 1, 220 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Rodolfo Villasenor, who also uses the first name Adolfo and the last names Jimenez, Autorcha and Rodriguez, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for drunk driving and reportedly failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing a controlled substance.

Villasenor, who is either 27 or 28, last worked as a self-employed carpenter and last lived in the 90 block of Flory Avenue in Moorpark.

He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
