Timothy M. Feeney Named Financial Chief at Aspeon

Timothy M. Feeney has been appointed chief financial officer of Aspeon Inc. in Irvine. He succeeds Horace Hertz. Feeney was formerly vice president of finance for Aspeon’s application service provider division. Before that, he was president of the Platinum Group, and served in senior financial management positions with several food service and restaurant companies, including Jeepers! Inc., a privately owned family theme park operator, and DAKA International, a restaurant and contract food service management company.

* Roger P. Hermann has joined the Newport Beach office of Marsh, a risk and insurance services firm, as senior vice president in charge of the construction wrap-up practice. He had previously been a senior vice president in Marsh’s Houston office.

* Donnie DeWees has been named senior project designer at Robbins Jorgensen Christopher in Irvine. He joined the architectural and planning firm earlier this year as a project designer.

* Joseph A. Patti has joined Sextant In-Flight Systems in Irvine as director of marketing. Prior to joining the company, he was senior marketing manager for Sony Trans Com Inc. in Irvine.

* Katherine West has been appointed director of marketing and customer service for Sexton Companies in Newport Beach, a commercial leasing company. She has more than 10 years of administrative experience.

* Diana M. Laing has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Firstsource Corp. in Santa Ana. She succeeds Ken Frier, who is leaving to pursue other business interests. Frier will continue as a strategic advisor to the company. Before joining Firstsource, Laing was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Arden Realty Inc. in Los Angeles, and executive vice president and chief financial officer of Southwest Property Trust Inc.

* Bruce K. Edwards has joined ICX Electronics.com as vice president of marketing and business development. He had been with Dunn & Bradstreet for 19 years, becoming district manager of U.S. sales for the company in Orange in 1997.
