Autologic Information Names New President

Alvin J. Brunner has been named president and chief operating officer of Autologic Information International Inc. in Thousand Oaks, replacing Dennis Doolittle, who has resigned.

Brunner, 55, has been associated with Autologic Information and its predecessor, Autologic Inc., for 20 years, with positions ranging from regional sales manager to his most recent post as vice president of North and South American operations.

“We are pleased to have a person of Al Brunner’s caliber, wealth of experience, and finance and marketing background, to oversee” the company, said William Shaw, chairman and chief executive. “We wish Dennis Doolittle well in his future endeavors. He has been a tireless worker for our company.”

Autologic Information designs and manufactures computer-based electronic pre-press systems for the publishing industry.
