“I had a 1997 Robert Mondavi Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Even for a ‘97, all the structure was there. It was an exceptional bottle of wine. In Montana (we were at our vacation home) you rarely have chicken or fish, so we had it with New York strip steaks. It was superb, memorable enough that the group discussed it. In another four or five years, it will be sumptuous.”
