The Planning Commission approved a Papa John’s Pizza take-out restaurant at the Village Green Shopping Center on Yorba Linda Boulevard.
Commissioners approved the project last week with several conditions, including that it operate exclusively as a take-out restaurant that involves only the pick up and delivery of food. The restaurant cannot install outdoor speakers or play music outside.
Everyday business hours will be restricted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. City staff members recommended that the restaurant submit signs for review and approval by the city’s community development director.
