The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

BREA

* East Enterprise Street: Malicious mischief was reported in the 3000 block at 7:22 a.m. Monday.

* South Gemini Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 100 block at 9:20 a.m. Monday.

CYPRESS

* Valley View Street: A burglary was reported in the 9200 block at 3:29 p.m. Monday.

* Lakia Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 11600 block at 7:51 a.m. Sunday.

* Katella Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 4900 block at 12:17 a.m. Sunday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Euclid Street: Someone took prescription forms from an unlocked drawer in the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center recovery room at 11:27 a.m. Saturday.

* Harbor Boulevard: Someone stole a car from the 16100 block at 12:02 p.m. Saturday.

* Joshua Circle: Someone stole a purse from a car parked in the 17800 block at 1:13 p.m. Saturday.

FULLERTON

* East Chapman Avenue: A burglar alarm went off in the 1200 block at 3:49 a.m. Tuesday.

* Fender Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 2400 block at 5:31 p.m. Monday.

* West Roberta Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1500 block at 8:11 p.m. Monday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Lampson Avenue at Topaz Lane: An injury traffic accident was reported at 1:13 p.m. Friday. A 73-year old man was traveling eastbound on Lampson when he slumped over his steering wheel and crossed into westbound lanes then back across eastbound lanes and crashed into a traffic control box and wall. He was taken to UCI Medical Center where he was treated for a broken leg, ribs, hip and facial lacerations.

LA HABRA

* West La Habra Boulevard: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 9:28 a.m. Sunday.

* West Las Lomas Drive: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1100 block at 11:10 a.m. Sunday.

* North Chestnut Street: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block at 2:28 a.m. Sunday.

LA PALMA

* Moody Street: A bicycle theft was reported in the 8400 block at 5:58 p.m. Monday.

* Willow Lane: A reckless driver was reported in the 7800 block at 4:22 p.m. Sunday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Reagan Street: A burglary was reported on the 10900 block about 10:38 a.m. Sunday.

* Pine Street: A forgery report was made after someone called soliciting money on behalf of a disabled firefighter’s fund and then faxed a flier in the 10900 block at 10:51 a.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* East Crowther Avenue: An attempted vehicle theft was reported in the 300 block at 6:14 a.m. Monday.

* East Orangethorpe Avenue: A vehicle was recovered in the 2000 block at 1:27 a.m. Monday.

SANTA ANA

* Ceilo Place: A report of vandalism in the 11300 block at 7:35 p.m. Sunday.

YORBA LINDA

* Morning Dew Way: A grand theft was reported in the 28000 block at 7:10 a.m. Monday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Orange, Seal Beach, Tustin, and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s incorporated areas.
