* Nostalgia--The Tex Beneke Orchestra will present “A Salute to the Glenn Miller Air Force Band--Part 2” on March 10 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Kavli Theatre, 2100 E. * Family--The Coad Puppets of Canada will give an installment of the Performances to Grow On series March 11 at the Oak Grove Pavilion, 220 W. Lomita St., Ojai. * Ballet--The Thousand Oaks-based Marla Bingham Contemporary Ballet will present its new production beginning March 11 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Scherr Forum, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. The program of original works choreographed by Bingham will be accompanied by guest musicians directed by Paul Zubrod. * Voice--The Gold Coast Concert Chorus, under the direction of Burns Taft, will present “Masses for a New Millennium” March 12 at Padre Serra Parish, 5205 Upland Road, Camarillo. The concert will include the premiere of “Missa Ano Domini 2000,” a Mass composed by Gold Coast’s musical director, Kenneth Helms. Also on the program will be “Communion in E minor” by Terence Minogue. The 110-member chorus, with soloists, will be accompanied by a 43-piece orchestra.
