FULLERTON
The City Council has postponed a decision on a proposed assisted-living center for senior citizens until questions about the facility and its financing can be answered.
Council members this week asked the Fullerton Interfaith Housing Development board to return in six weeks with a clear proposal, saying Tuesday’s presentation was too confusing.
Some council members also expressed concern about proposed tax-exempt bonds and other details of the project financing.
