A dangerous intersection near Oso Parkway with a reputation for accidents may get a new stop sign.
The Moulton Ranch III Homeowners Assn. board of directors requested last month that the City Council consider placing a stop sign on Appian Street at Bridlewood Drive. The three-way intersection is commonly used to exit the Bella Vista housing development onto Bridlewood Drive to reach Oso Parkway.
The city’s traffic commission met last month and determined that the City Council should approve the new sign at a cost of about $500.
The council will consider the request at its meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
