Sierra-Rockies to Buy Complete Rider.com

Sierra-Rockies Corp. in Calabasas said it has agreed to purchase Complete Rider.com.

The company will purchase all of the assets being acquired by Equine Holding LLC for $1.33 million in a takeover of the Web site and TV production. Sierra-Rockies Corp. will purchase the company, with 40% of the units in Chapter 11 proceedings subject to court approval.

Complete Rider.com is an Internet, print and television production company focused on the niche equine market.
