ARTistdirect Agrees to Buy Mjuice.com

ARTistdirect Inc. in Encino said it has agreed to acquire Mjuice.com, purveyors of an Internet music security and download system. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ARTistdirect is an online music network of multimedia entertainment, music news and information Web sites.
