Dr. Patricia Gifford, an expert in disorders that mainly affect the elderly, will give a free talk, “Aging Gracefully,” tonight at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center. Gifford will discuss the many diseases and conditions that can be prevented through healthful habits while aging.
