Dreuskie New Koll Construction President

Donald W. Dreuskie has been appointed president of Koll Construction in Newport Beach. He was previously senior vice president and principal in charge of the Los Angeles office of Bovis Lend Lease, and before that spent more than 30 years with Dinwiddie Construction Co., serving as president and chairman.

* Michael A. Willner has been named president and chief executive of Net-Strike Worldwide in Irvine, a subsidiary of Ernst & Young LLP. He previously served as vice president for Western operations at Cincinnati Bell Information Systems and program manager at Vanguard Technologies.

* David W. Schafer has been appointed key account executive for Western Digital Corp. in Irvine. Schafer was Western Digital’s senior vice president of worldwide sales before leaving the company last September.

* Geno Effler has been appointed director, public relations for Kia Motors America in Irvine. He had been manager of public relations since 1993. Before that, Effler was group supervisor at Hill and Knowlton, where he directed public relations activities for Mazda.

* Christopher Casciola has joined Johnson Capital Group Inc. in Irvine as real estate analyst. He was most recently a financial analyst with Southwest Affordable Housing.

* John T. Morris has been named director of environmental engineering at Sverdrup Civil Inc. in Costa Mesa. Before joining the company, Morris headed Morris Water Resource Consultants and was director of engineering and planning for the Irvine Ranch Water District.

* Joby Bednar has joined iNEOgroup.com in Mission Viejo as director of Internet design. Bednar was the Webmaster for Interplay Entertainment Inc., an Irvine-based computer software gaming company.

* Dennis M. Boyer has joined the Irvine office of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. He had been a partner in the Los Angeles office since 1992.
