Richard Fulton Memorial Scheduled

A memorial service for Richard Fulton, the founder of 5th Street Dick’s, a jazz coffeehouse in the Crenshaw district, will be held at 11 a.m. April 1 at 4337 Degnan Blvd., Los Angeles. Fulton died of throat cancer March 18 at 56.
