Sonance Brings 3 Executives on Board
Dennis Locke is the new chief financial officer of Sonance in San Clemente. He was formerly vice president of finance at Nobel Biocare USA Inc. in Yorba Linda, and also served as corporate controller for Coastcast Corp. in Gardena. In addition, Tom Yerke has been named director of business development. Yerke previously spent almost 30 years at Polaroid Corp., most recently as director of sales for U.S. partnership accounts. Steven Howell was named to the newly created position of product specialist, responsible for field training worldwide. He was formerly marketing/training manager for Smart Corp. in New Mexico.
* Richard D. Tipton has joined Water Pik Technologies Inc. in Newport Beach as vice president, general counsel and secretary. Before joining the company, Tipton was vice president, general counsel and secretary at Data Processing Resources Corp.
* Gary Davidson has been named principal of Taylor & Associates Architects in Newport Beach. He joined the firm, which specializes in health care architecture and interior design, in 1990.
* Charles L. Bailey has been appointed vice president of chemicals and life science for Fluor Corp.’s Fluor Global Services in Aliso Viejo. Bailey had been with Eastman Chemical Co., where he most recently served as vice president of manufacturing and worldwide maintenance.
* Kaly Rodriguez has been named accounts payable supervisor-human resources manager at Lawrence, Mayo & Ponder in Newport Beach. She joined the agency in 1998 after serving as an accounting clerk at Golden Hill Fashions.
* Brad Schorer has been appointed vice president of wireless business development for Go2 Systems Inc. in Irvine. He joined the company from Sprint Corp., where he was a director of new business development for Sprint PCS.
